Payment

Most major credit cards are accepted and payments are always 100% safe. Production on your order will begin once payment is received and processed for made-to-order items. Paypal payments are also accepted through this site.

Note: All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Cancellation of an order must be addressed within 48 hours of order confirmation for a refund.  Any cancellation requests after 48 hours will be processed as an exchange only. Please see the exchange policy below for details.

Processing, Packaging & Shipping

Packaging is simple and chic using a minimum amount of materials to keep the shipping weight low. Most pieces in the NyaMani Designs collection are made by hand after they are ordered, for this reason, made-to-order items can take up to 7-14 business days to process, produce, and ship. Should your order processing time exceed 14 business days you will be notified via email along with the reason why extra time is needed to complete your order. Ready-to-wear items will ship within 3-5 business days. Processing time for custom and bespoke items will be discussed during your consultation.

Shipping to the United States is via USPS first class mail (United States Postal Service First Class Mail) or Priority Mail depending on the weight. If you need an alternative (UPS, FedEx, DHL), just contact me and we will discuss the best option for you.

Your order will ship to the address you list during checkout so please double check your address input before completing your checkout process. Please make sure you let me know if you would like your order shipped to another address.

If you would like tracking information, delivery confirmation, or insurance, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will add on the extra services. Otherwise, once the items leave my studio and are in the hands of the postal/shipping service, I am no longer responsible for the insurance of their arrival.

Delayed packages :

Note that in all cases, I do not offer refunds for delayed shipments as I have no control over delays caused by postal services and customs.

International Shipping

(PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT OFFER TRACKING OR REFUNDS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Shipping outside of the US is via USPS 1st class International Mail. Overseas buyers are responsible for duty/customs fees if any apply.

Parcels are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class International. Orders over $400 USD travel USPS Priority International.  International packages may take up to 4 weeks for delivery due to border crossing procedures

Customs: All packages are marked as 'merchandise' with the appropriate value. International Customers are responsible to know the tariff rates for their country and be prepared to pay accordingly.

Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed with all NyaMani Designs pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange your item for store credit in the form of a NyaMani Designs gift card to use towards a future purchase. Gift Cards may be used over multiple purchases. Exchanged items must be unworn and in original condition or I cannot offer the exchange. All sales are final and I do not offer refunds.

Any piece you wish to return must be shipped back to me within 10 business days after receipt of the original purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item, please send me an email at nwaukii@nyamani.co stating the reason for your return. Your comments are very important to me & I recognize that they can help me improve. When returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method such as USPS, UPS, or FEDEX for your security, and retain your order information. NyaMani Designs is not responsible for items lost in transit.

About My Work:

Every piece in the NyaMani Designs jewelry collection was designed and handmade by Natisha Waukii, at her home studio in Southern California. The majority of the pieces are limited editions due to vintage sourcing of the lace used to create the pieces. The lace used in some designs is hand dyed and all are strategically cut and stiffened when needed to ensure structural durability and so the natural beauty and texture of the lace remains in tact. All earring hooks used are nickel free and hypoallergenic and most earring designs come in choices of Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Plated, Platinum or Brass for pieces where the aesthetic integrity of the design is not compromised. Lastly, despite the size of some earrings because they are made with lace all are lightweight, comfortable and easy to wear.

In addition to the piece itself, the lace used is often fabricated by hand because of this you may notice slight "imperfections" in the lace. These perceived flaws are an integral part of the design of the piece and adds to its uniqueness and distinct originality.  

All items are made in a smoke-free environment.

Lace Jewelry

Please note lace can be fragile and at times imperfect because it is often created by hand. It is recommended that special care be taken when handling and storing your lace jewelry like that of precious jewels or delicate nylons. I suggest laying it flat when storing to avoid distortion and to ensure it keeps it's shape.

It is recommended that you wear the backing to the earrings because they are very lightweight and you may not notice if you lose one. If you do lose one, I may be able to provide you with a single earring depending on the style.

Due to limited sources and rare selection of vintage lace, most designs are limited editions.

Repairs:

Each piece comes with a lifetime guarantee and can be returned for repairs at no charge. The customer will only be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.

If you receive a damaged product, please let me know within 5 days of receiving the product to be eligible for shipping and handling fees coverage.

Additional Info:

From time to time, you may notice that prices for certain products in the shop fluctuate. This is directly related to fluctuating costs of supplies and materials. When I am able to find high-quality materials at a discount, I always pass on the savings through lower product prices. However, sometimes certain materials such as vintage lace go out of circulation or cost more than before, leading to an increase in the final product price. Thank-you for your patience understanding.
